These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Control (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Control is an AI-assisted studio for generating and editing video, image, and 3D content. Generation is performed via third-party AI providers on your behalf. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits and payments

Generation consumes prepaid credits. Credits and subscriptions are billed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Unless required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation are presented at checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or creates deceptive deepfakes;
• is sexually explicit material involving minors, or any unlawful content;
• harasses, defames, or incites violence or hatred against any person or group;
• attempts to bypass quota, rate limits, or other technical safeguards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of the prompts and assets you upload ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI providers, you own the content you generate ("Output"). You are solely responsible for your Input and Output and for ensuring you have the rights to use them. AI Output may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and is not guaranteed to be unique; you must review it before any public or commercial use.

You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your Input and Output solely to operate and provide the Service.

6. Third-party providers

The Service relies on third-party processors (including AI generation, storage, authentication, payment, and hosting providers). Your use may be subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or content arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, for violations of these Terms or as required by law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
